Queso Apaltado con cubierta de tocino/Avocado cheese spread with bacon crust

Entre varios productos que me dejaron, como siempre recibĂ­ el queso crema TIGO, que es perfecto para hacer postres o piqueos, esta vez querĂ­a hacer algo diferente y unĂ­ todos los ingredientes que amo, es asĂ­ como saliĂł esta receta de queso Apaltado.

This cheese spread with avocado and bacon crust is more than delicious. This is not your typical cheese spread…This one has AVOCADO and BACON!!!
When I was on vacations in Peru a few months ago, our friends from TIGO, full of great probiotic yogurts and cheeses pioneering in Peru, received us as wonderful as always, with so many new products for us to try. Like those old times when I was still living in Peru, they brought a big gallon of Cream cheese. perfect for desserts and appetizers, this time I wanted to make something different and mix all the ingredients that I really love that’s how I get this recipe.

Ingredientes
300gr. De queso crema TIGO
1 palta madura
C.S sal
C.S pimienta
Zumo de 1 limĂłn
8 hojitas de culantro
8 tiras de tocino

PreparaciĂłn

Picar el tocino finamente en cuadraditos y freír en una sartén a fuego medio sin aceite, freír hasta que dore y este crujiente.
Reservar el tocino en un recipiente.
Llevar el queso crema al microondas por 30 segundos, mover y añadir sal, pimienta al gusto.
Agregar el zumo de limĂłn y el culantro picado finamente, mezclar.
Pelar y aplastar la palta, agregarla al queso y mezclar bien.
Verificar el sabor
En un pĂ­rex redondo colocar papel film y verte la crema de queso sobre este, tapar y llevar al congelador por 2 horas.
Pasado ese tiempo, desmoldar y colocar el tocino por toda la cubierta, cubriendo totalmente el molde de queso.
Servir con galletas y tostaditas.

Ingredients
11 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1 avocado.
Salt and pepper at ease
One lemon juice
8 cilantro leaves
8 bacon strips
Procedure
Mince the bacon in small pieces and put on a pot without oil, cook until they are crispy. You should see them becoming darker in color the crispier they get. Remove from the pot when crispy and put them on a plate with paper towel. We will use the bacon at the end.
Place the cream cheese on high for 30 seconds in the microwave; stir while adding salt and pepper at ease.
Add the minced cilantro and the lemon juice.
Peel and mush the avocado, add to the cheese and mix well.
Cover a small rounded bowl with film, place the cream cheese there and cover with film.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
After that time, carefully, remove the cheese from the bowl and put on a plate.
Finally cover the entire cheese mold with the bacon using your hands, it’s very easy to do.
Put some crackers around and enjoy!!
